Transfers and Elder Hansen
Hello everybody! I hope that you've all been well. I've had a good week. I'm sorry that I didn't write on Saturday like usual: my silly sister got engaged this weekend.
I'm going to the church ranch this Wednesday (tomorrow!). ! I'm very excited. I've been getting all ready, and I am very excited to have a more sturdy schedule, though I will miss a lot of things and people from here.
I got to see Elder Hansen! He was my district leader in the Mexico MTC, and he just got transferred to Elko. I've been able to do English class and some Gospel lessons with him and Elder Naal. The three of us got to have lunch at Wendy's as well with some other elders. Tonight we get to have dinner with them and the Wells Elders at our house, which is exciting. To make it even better, my dad is cooking tacos for us!
I taught English class for the last time, which is kinda sad. Rosa and Riller came, which was not sad.
I've continued to work on family history at my grandparents' house. I have loved doing that and being with them. I have been really blessed this transfer to be around so much family and to enjoy their great support.
I went to see the Cabreras for the last time last night. I'm going to miss them dearly. We had a nice dinner with them of some enchiladas that Juanita made. The drive there and back was treacherous on account of some very sudden snow.
I've been on a service mission for almost exactly two transfers, so transferring to the ranch now kind of feels like a transfer on a proselyting mission. Neat!
I think that sincerity is very important. In all things it is important, but especially in your testimony. If you are not sincere in your beliefs, nothing can be sure for you.
Sincerely,
Elder Cobian

PS: on P-Day, my cousin Morgan and I beat King Slimd and Eye of Cthulu in Terraria. Thanks Elder Blatman for the tie!
