3rd P-day

 Hello Everybody,

It hasn't been too long since I wrote, but I want to write a bit more since today is my actual P-Day.
We got to go to the temple today! It was very cool. It's built to look like a Mayan or Aztec temple, and it's absolutely beautiful. It was an amazing experience to participate in temple ordinances in Spanish, although I do wish that we had had breakfast first. The bus to the temple left before we could eat breakfast.
Don't get me wrong, the food has been good at the cafeteria (especially the tacos al pastor we had a week ago), but I think they were lying when they said that we wouldn't get food poisoning, but only get sick from not washing our hands. Several of my district members and I have had very similar symptoms to when Lili, my dad, and I got food poisoning when we last came to Mexico. Despite this, I still like the food.

The learning experiences I've had here at the CCM have been very good, but also very tiring. I'm very glad for the breaks we get during our classes. I'm glad that the missionaries in my district also want to be here and want to do good. They're not just here because someone told them to come.
My experience getting used to the CCM has been pretty good; I have no trouble sleeping despite the constant sirens and fireworks going off. The parakeets (at least that's what I think they are) get very loud, especially for a very short time in the early morning.
Well, that's all I've got. I hope things are going well back home.

Hungrily (I still haven't eaten),

This is our district at the temple:  me, Elder Hansen (who will be serving in the Reno Nevada Mission, which includes the Wells Ward back home), Elder Stander, Elder Black (my companion), Elder McBride, Sister Monson, and Sister Jackson.

Elder Black and I have matching ties!
